The project involved refurbishment of public club. Electrical services included:
- New Main Switchboard and distribution boards
- New Energy efficient lighting complementing club decor
- augmentation of energy efficient and mood lighting controls
- New fire detection and EWIS system
- New exhaust system for kitchen and servery
- New exhaust system for toilets
- Integration of new air conditioning system while maintaining continual business  operation
- The new lighting coupled with the interior finishes is designed to be attractive to new & existing members.
